About Fedor Manor Apartments

Fedor Manor is located in the eastern end of Lakewood. Lakewood is known as the “City of Homes” with architecture ranging from English Tudor to high rise apartments. Fedor Manor was first opened on June 19,1983 by George E. Fedor. Since then, Fedor Manor has continued to grow to meet the needs of our residents.

The Fedor Manor Apartments are a 501c (3) not-for-profit organization that exists for the sole purpose of providing quality and affordable housing for adults age 62 and older.

Our campus in managed in strict accordance with the regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of HUD under the Section 202 and Section 8 programs. As an Equal Housing Opportunity provider, all leasing activities are conducted within the framework of the Federal Fair Housing Act.

Mission Statement

The mission of Fedor Manor is to help meet the social, economic and physical needs of senior adults by providing safe, secure, sanitary, reasonably priced and well managed housing facilities and by making services, activities and programs available to increase the quality of life and independence of the senior adults we serve.
